2. Project Timelines

Project timelines depend on scope and complexity. While we aim to deliver promptly, any delays caused by late client feedback, content submissions, or scope changes may extend delivery timelines. Typical project durations range from 2-8 weeks for standard websites, with larger projects potentially requiring additional time. We provide detailed timeline estimates during the project planning phase.

3. Payment Terms

Projects typically require a 50% upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due upon final delivery. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and digital payment platforms. Late payments may delay project launch and ongoing support services. For larger projects, we may establish milestone-based payment schedules to ensure project continuity.

4. Revisions & Feedback

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your project agreement. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. We encourage consolidated feedback to maintain project efficiency. Minor text updates and bug fixes within 30 days of launch are typically included at no additional cost.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website and its custom assets. However, we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and case studies. Third-party plugins, themes, or tools remain under their respective licenses. Any custom code developed specifically for your project becomes your property upon final payment completion.

6. Limitation of Liability

HydraSoftCodes is not liable for any losses resulting from website misuse, third-party integrations, hosting provider issues, or client-side errors post-delivery. Our liability is limited to the total project cost. We recommend regular backups and security monitoring for ongoing website maintenance. Client assumes responsibility for content accuracy and legal compliance.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with 7 days written notice. In such cases, the client is billed for completed work up to that point, including design concepts, development progress, and time invested. Any deposit paid is non-refundable but will be applied to completed work. Project files and assets will be provided upon final payment settlement.

8. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms as our services evolve. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new revision date and will take effect 30 days after posting. Existing projects will continue under the terms agreed upon at project initiation. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically for any updates.
